About the Dolphins

Formed in 1973, with support from instructors from Queen's University Sub-Aqua Club the club got its own qualified divers and joined the BSAC in 1975.  This makes 2025 our 50th year as a BSAC branch. We now include many former members of the university club who gave us a helping hand. We welcome members from all cultures, religions and career or educational backgrounds. In line with the BSAC club ethos, we believe in developing divers who can lead, and therefore take control of their diving, while giving back to the sport and society.
