Ever wondered what those fish were? Dolphin SAC DO Bernard Picton has been recording, photographing and videoing life in the sea around Ireland for decades. His latest project, for the Marine Diversity Data Portal, captures some spectacular video of the diversity of fish in our waters. A video compilation, "Encounters with Inshore Fishes", edited by fellow Marine Biologist Christine Picton for a Fisheries Biology meeting at Queen's University Belfast, includes footage from St. John's Point, Donegal, Kid Island and Strangford Lough with an acknowlegement to Dolphin SAC for our support in these efforts.
